Chocolate Coconut No Bake Cookies by Chef Bayan

1 cup Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips 
1 tbsp Coconut oil 
1 scoop Isopure Zero Low Carb Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder  
¾  cup Rolled oats 
1 cup Shredded sweetened coconut flakes  
Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a double boiler or microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips with your coconut oil.
  2. Once melted, add in your Isopure Zero Low Carb Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder and mix well. 
  3. In a food processor blend together your oats and coconut flakes for 5-10 seconds. If you want a chunkier cookie, only blend for a couple of seconds. 
  4. Add in your oat mix into your melted chocolate. 
  5. Mix all together until you have a smooth, thich batter. 
  6. Roll into balls and shape into a cookie, place in freezer or fridge to firm.
