    Strawberry Cream Parfait

    3 digestive cookies

    50g lite cooled whipped cream

    1 cup Greek yogurt, plain

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    2 tsp Sugar-free vanilla jello mix

    1.5 scoops Isopure Strawberries & cream protein powder

    4 strawberries

    Directions

    1. In a Ziploc bag crush your cookies and evenly portion into two cups.
    2. In a bowl mix lite cooled whipped cream, greek yogurt, jello mix, protein, and vanilla extract. Using a whisk whip until smooth.
    3. Evenly portion half of your mix into your cups, then slice 2 strawberries and layer on top of the cream.
    4. Top with remaining cream, add another strawberry.
    5. You can add a little more cool whip if you like.
    6. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy. Or you can keep it refrigerated after freezing.
