Strawberry Cream Parfait
  1. In a Ziploc bag crush your cookies and evenly portion into two cups.
  2. In a bowl mix lite cooled whipped cream, greek yogurt, jello mix, Isopure Zero Low Carb Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder, and vanilla extract. Using a whisk whip until smooth.
  3. Evenly portion half of your mix into your cups, then slice 2 strawberries and layer on top of the cream.
  4. Top with remaining cream, add another strawberry.
  5. You can add a little more cool whip if you like.
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy. Or you can keep it refrigerated after freezing.
