Strawberry Protein Muffins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients (oat flour, ISOPURE Naturally Flavored Strawberry Protein Powder, baking powder).
- In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients (egg, applesauce, almond milk, coconut oil, sweetener).
- Fold in dry mix, then gently stir in diced strawberries.
- Fill muffin cups ~¾ full.
- Bake 18–20 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
