1 scoop Isopure Colostrum + Gut Health & Immune System

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (probiotics + protein)

½ cup unsweetened kefir (extra probiotics + creaminess)

½ cup mixed berries (antioxidants + fiber)

2 tbsp rolled oats (prebiotic fiber)

1 tsp chia seeds (omega-3s + fiber)

1 tsp honey (natural sweetness, optional)

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, kefir, and 1 scoop Isopure Colostrum + Gut Health & Immune System until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats and chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes (to soften oats + thicken).
  3. Top with mixed berries, drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy immediately, or chill for 15–20 minutes for a thicker texture.
