½ cup (60g) All purpose flour

1 scoop(31g) Isopure Zero Carb - Creamy Vanilla

½ tsp Baking powder

¼ tsp Salt

2 tbsp (16g) Peanut flour lowfat

⅓ cup (80g) Liquid egg whites

½ cup (120g) Unsweetened applesauce

1 tbsp Extra peanut butter for topping


Berry Compote:

1 cup (140g) Mixed berries

2 tbsp Sugar free maple syrup

½ tbsp Cornstarch


  1. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat. Add flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt to a bowl. Mix.
  2. Add egg whites and applesauce. Stir until combined. Add peanut flour and cinnamon. Mix again until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Spray waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. To make berry compote, add berries and sugar free syrup to the microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until melted. Add cornstarch and stir until a thick compote forms.
  5. Top waffles with berry compote and more peanut butter. Enjoy!
