3 Tbsp Whipped Cream (33%)

4 Tbsp Milk (2% or Skim)

1 Tbsp Sugar-free sweetener (Can be subbed for any coffee sweetener ie: Vanilla, caramel, etc)

2 Tbsp ISOPURE Unflavored Protein Powder

1 Tsp Vanilla extract

1 Cup Ice Coffee

Directions

  1. In a cup add in your whippped cream, 2 tbsp of milk and your sweetener. Using a frother or small blender, mix until you have a thick foam. Takes 1-3 minutes. Once foamy set aside.
  2. In a seperate dish, mix ISOPURE Unflavored Protein Powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract and your 2 tbsp of milk. Mix until you have no clumps.
  3. Pour your protein mix into your foamy mixture and mix well.
  4. Have your ice coffee ready in a glass and pour foam over top.
