1 cup Unsweetened original almond milk

5.3 oz Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Frozen raspberries

½ Medium frozen banana

¼ cup Fresh spinach

¼ cup Walnut pieces

2 tbsp Flax meal

Directions
