1 cup Frozen cauliflower, steamed

2/3 cup Frozen wild blueberries

1 cup Unsweetened almond milk* or other milk of choice

1/4 cup Isopure Zero Carb, Unflavored

3/4 tsp or 2-3 tbsp  Liquid monkfruit* or sweetener of choice

1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

2 Tbsp Peanut* or almond butter

1-2 Tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice* (optional)

2-3 Tbsp Fresh blueberries, to serve


1. Combine all the ingredients except for the fresh blueberries in a blender.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
