1 scoop Isopure® Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored

1 cup COLD unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk

2 tbsp Instant Coffee

2 tbsp Stevia and Cane Sugar Blend (For a lower cal option, use 2 teaspoons pure Stevia though the dalgona won't stay as long).

2 tbsp Boiling water


  1. Whisk/shake 1 scoop of Isopure Unflavored Protein Powder into almond milk. Set aside.
  2. In a separate small mixing bowl, pour hot water over instant coffee. Give it a small stir to mare sure it properly dissolves. Add stevia. Use a hand mixer (you can whisk as well, but will take some elbow grease!) on low and mix until fluffy and forming peaks that stay. The mixture will get lighter in color as you go.
