Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana Muffins by Brianna Bernard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- Line a muffin tin with 8 muffin liners
- In a large mixing bowl, add your protein powder, almond flour and baking powder and mix well
- Add your peanut butter and mashed banana and mix until fully combined
- Fold in your chocolate chips
- Divide the batter amongst the muffin liners and bake for 20-22 minutes or until a skewer comes out mostly clean. If you notice the tops browning too quickly, cover with tinfoil
- Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or the freezer for up to 6 months
