Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana Muffins by Brianna Bernard

2 scoops Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla protein powder

1 tsp baking powder

½ cup almond flour

½ cup peanut butter

1 cup mashed banana 

½ cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Line a muffin tin with 8 muffin liners
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add your protein powder, almond flour and baking powder and mix well
  4. Add your peanut butter and mashed banana and mix until fully combined
  5. Fold in your chocolate chips
  6. Divide the batter amongst the muffin liners and bake for 20-22 minutes or until a skewer comes out mostly clean. If you notice the tops browning too quickly, cover with tinfoil 
  7. Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
  8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or the freezer for up to 6 months
