1 scoop Isopure Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tsp cocoa powder (optional for extra chocolate flavor)

1 large egg (or flax egg for plant-based)

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp peanut butter (for topping, optional)

Sweetener to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix Isopure Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Add egg and almond milk, stir until smooth.
  3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, until cake is set but moist.
  4. Top with 1 tsp peanut butter, if desired, and enjoy warm.
