1 scoop Isopure Plant-Based Chocolate Protein Powder

1 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

2 tbsp maple syrup (or agave nectar)

1 tbsp chia seeds (or ground flaxseed)

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (to help bind)

Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, Isopure Plant-Based Chocolate Protein Powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Stir in almond butter and maple syrup.
  3. Add almond milk gradually until mixture is sticky and holds together.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
