Chocolate Protein Brownie Bites

1 cup almond flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup Isopure Naturally Flavored Low Carb Protein – Chocolate

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

2 large eggs

¼ cup almond butter

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup granulated sweetener of choice (erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia blend)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin pan with liners or grease well.
  2. In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients almond flour, cocoa, Isopure Naturally Low Carb Protein – Chocolate, baking powder, and salt. 
  3. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients eggs, almond butter, milk, vanilla, and sweetener. 
  4. Combine wet + dry, mix until smooth.
  5. Divide batter evenly into pan.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, until set but still fudgy. Cool before serving.
