1 1/2 Cups Frozen Fruit (Make your own flavors!) - strawberry usedā£
1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute (unsweetened almond milk used)


  1. Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from your toppings
  2. Using a hand blender, blend everything together until it’s creamy (1-2 minutes)
  3. Take out a hand mixer or whisk and mix everything together until it’s fluffy (it should start to fluff up after around 1-2 minutes)
  4. Top it
