White Chocolate Protein Bark by Chef Bayan

100g White chocolate 
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 scoop Isopure Zero Low Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder
½ tsp Pumpkin spice powder 
Pinch of salt 

Directions

  1. Melted your chocolate over a double boiler or a microwave safe dish.
  2. Mix in the Isopure Zero Low Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder, spice and salt and stir until you have no chunks.
  3. Pour overtop of parchment paper and place on a plate, lightly dust with more spice if desired.
  4. Freeze until solid. Break into chunks and enjoy!
