Turkey Chili by Brianna Bernard
Directions
- Add beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and chili powder to a Dutch oven and simmer on low to medium heat and cover, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
- Brown ground turkey until there is no pink.
- Add chopped onion to ground turkey mix and simmer until onions are translucent.
- Add and stir-in turkey/onion mixture to Dutch oven.
- Continue to simmer on low to medium heat and cover for additional 15 minutes.
- Portion out 1 cup of chili into a bowl.
- Add in 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder.
- Optional: add chives, sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, avocado and a lime wedge for toppings and ENJOY!
