For the Donuts:

2 cups All-purpose flour

1 scoops ISOPURE® Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored

2/3 cup Granulated sugar

2 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

½ tsp Salt

¾ cup Sour cream

1 ½ tsp Vanilla extract

2 eggs Lightly beaten

3 tbsp Vegetable oil    

To assemble:

½ cup Sugar

½ tbsp Cinnamon

¼ cup Melted butter


  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, and oil.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and transfer your dough into a piping bag.
  5. Pipe the dough onto a donut baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Set your donuts on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes
  7. In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Lightly brush your donuts with melted butter, then toss in the cinnamon sugar to coat. Serve warm
