1 scoop Isopure Zero Low Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein

1 Tbsp Unsweetened apple sauce 

1/4 cup Almond milk 

1 cup All-purpose flour 

1/4 tsp Baking powder 

2 Tbsp Diced Apples 

1/8 tsp Apple Pie Spice 

1 tsp Caramel Sauce 

1 tsp Almond butter 

Directions

  1. Place almond butter, applesauce, and milk in a bowl and whisk until uniform.
  2. Add the Isopure Zero Low Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein protein powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and apple pie spice to the bowl with wet ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into two cups or ramekin and top with diced apples.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, until the cake is firm to the touch. Don’t overcook as it gets dry very easily.
  5. Serve immediately, with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
