Ingredients

6 oz low fat cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder

3 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

1 green onion, chopped

1-2 tbsp water

Directions

Blend everything together in a blender or food processor, mix until creamy and no clumps. Add a little water to thin it out if to thick.
